Description
When saving stream settings, manually clear the stream key if the service changed but the key didn't since services don't share stream keys.
Motivation and Context
If a user configured a custom ingest with a stream key and then switched that custom ingest to a different service, the stream key persisted and caused streaming failures if it wasn't updated.
