Looks good, let me run some tests for confirmation.
- Disable Vert.x classpath resolving and caching - eliminates creation of cache dir at /tmp for Quarkus apps. - Remove `runAsNonRoot` for Prometheus, add tag Signed-off-by: Michael Edgar <medgar@redhat.com>
