A simple and not very long meta description for links to the dashboard.
This displays in links to the site and on the browser tab.
Prior to this the favicon was set to the original create-react-app favicon. I used an online favicon generator to create these using our logo.
.png files need a carriage return to work correctly. For some reason the .gitattributes was treating the png as text and removing them. This explicitly tells git that png's are binaries so that line endings will not be tampered with.
Adds the logo in both a 400x400 png and as an SVG for use in the dashboard.
