Add CSS3 transition support

I would like to have the option to use a debouce function on the resize event, so the appropriate styles would only take affect on resize-end, and then use a CSS3 transition to nicely transition from the before-resized state to the post-resize state. could you support that please?

I've played around with this idea over the last couple weeks and decided to shelf this as a version 2 enhancement. The foundation of this version relies heavily on the natural flow of the page. In other words, the layout is fluid and the plugin helps change the distribution by altering margins. To implement your request, the layout would need to be fixed to prevent some of the in-between changes in the layout.
