Manage users

With a help of command line interface you can manage a base of users on any instance of streembit-cli

First, open the config.json file and make sure cmdinput is set to true. if not change it to true

1. Start/Restart the app

terminate previous running instance (if any)

then,

node streembit --pwd=YOUR_PWD

2. Choose user management on initial command prompt

3. Options you have there

• add no arguments
• delete [public key] or [pkhash] valid public key or public key hash
• update [public key] or [pkhash] valid public key or public key hash

add command will prompt you through a set of fields of which only "Public Key" is mandatory. Here is how you can obtain your public key:

• start Streembit UI in browser or by NW (https://streembit.co by default)
• expand "Tools" in the left side menu
• choose "Account, network info"
• copy "Public key" value

delete command allows you to delete a user from database. notice from the short commands list above that you need user's public key (or pkhash) in order to succeed with this command

update command will prompt you through user account fields as well as the "add" command, and as well "delete" command it requires user's public key (or pkhash) to be supplied
