Stremio "Filter Streams" resets after coming off app or profiles

Describe the bug

Device: Firestick 4K Max and Android Phone

Whenever I close the app or switch Profiles within the app (which all have their own selected filters), the Supporters feature for Filtering streams resets and I have to go into settings each time and choose my filtering option again.

To Reproduce

1. Open App
2. Go into Settings, Then to "Filter Streams" and select the filter you made
3. Close the app (Or switch profile)
4. Check the Filter Streams again to see it has deselected.

Expected behavior

I expected to have to select it once, per profile, per device until I decide to change it and it should keep that option saved and filter streams to the keywords i specified

I have also now realised this effects other settings too, such as "Blur Unwatched Episodes Image" and "Show Title under catalog items". These are the only two I use so I havent checked others.

I have also just realiaed it switches my "Default Player" option as well from External back to Exo everytime I switch profiles.

For some reason, I have noticed it doesnt happen as often when closing the app and going onto the same profile I was signed into prior to closing but whenever profiles are switched, the settings explained reset everytime
