Rust SDK for programmable stablecoin wallets (stable flow-rs)

Hi @niallkennedy @maccman @daicoden Stripe Team,

I recently developed stableflow-rs, a Rust SDK for programmable stablecoin wallets and payment flow built on Circle's Dev-Controlled Wallet infrastructure.

The goal is to make it easier for Rust backend developers to build fintech services that integrate programmable payments and wallet automation.
