Android 16 (API 36) keyboard fails to spawn

Keyboard fails to spawn on API 36 = Android 16.0 ("Baklava") | x86_64 emulator.

This seems to be caused be onEvaluateInputViewShown() returning false instead of true in API 36.

Overriding onEvaluateInputViewShown() to force a return value of true seems to fix this.
