This PR updates tutorial 6 to use the
show_3d()method to show a few of the domains.Actually, I really find it annoying that the tutorials and parameters are in a separate repo. I switch between a lot of different branches and keeping track of which versions of the submodules to keep is hard. I sort of understand the idea of keeping tutorials and parameters in separate repos. But can't we just auto-push just the tutorials to this repo on push to main in struphy in that case?
