No need to create a new release, this PR doesn't touch any module functionality.

Summary of Changes

Hello @bafko, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request focuses on maintaining and updating the project's development environment and documentation. It upgrades the setup-go GitHub Action to its latest major version (v6), which streamlines the Go version configuration in CI workflows. Concurrently, the Go toolchain version in go.mod has been bumped to a newer patch release. Additionally, the documentation for the http/param package has been revised to reflect a recent API change, ensuring examples remain accurate and helpful.

Highlights

  • CI Workflow Update: The GitHub Actions workflow for setting up Go has been upgraded from actions/setup-go@v5 to actions/setup-go@v6, simplifying how the Go version is detected by directly reading from go.mod.
  • Go Toolchain Bump: The Go toolchain version specified in go.mod has been updated from go1.25.0 to go1.25.4.
  • Documentation Alignment: An example in the http/param package's README.md has been updated to reflect an API change, specifically renaming PathParamFunc to WithPathParamFunc.
Ignored Files

    • .github/workflows/lint.yaml
    • .github/workflows/tests.yml

Code Review

This pull request primarily bumps dependencies. The actions/setup-go GitHub Action is updated to v6, which simplifies the workflow by leveraging the go-version-file input. The Go toolchain is also updated to a newer patch version. Additionally, a code example in the http/param/README.md is corrected to use the proper WithPathParamFunc method. All changes are positive and improve the codebase and CI configuration.
