Outline reference not working

This is the same pdf generated with pdfSharp and pdfSharpCore.
Problem is the reference generated with pdfSharpCore does not work when opening with Bluebeam Revu.
It works in Adobe, but it kinda looks like adobe does a repair.
i can see alot have changed in https://github.com/ststeiger/PdfSharpCore/blob/master/PdfSharpCore/Pdf/PdfOutline.cs after the port.

The structure is different, and there is a lot missing in the pdfSharpCore pdfstructure.
Left is pdfSharp and right is pdfSharpCore

anyone had this issue?

Ok i just forked both the pdfSharp and the pdfSharpCore library, to try locate the difference.

I found that when running both in Debug mode, result is that no bookmarks are created.

When running in Release mode bookmarks are created but references still doesn't work with pdfSharpCore
