Fix `Max/Current Streak` Member Stats Pane

At long last, today I finally fixed the Max/Current Streak Member Stats Pane.

The pane now looks like this:

• Max Streak refers to the maximum consecutive number of days that a study member has achieved
• Current Streak refers to the most recent streak that a study member may currently be on
• Total Days shows:
  • Number of cards a study member has submitted
  • Number of days since the member's join date

Additionally: If you hover over the Streak Numbers, you will see details of when the streak started and ended. For example, hovering over the Max Streak here shows:

@anitabe404 A quick note, btw: According to the system, it says you've missed two days so far: Sat - 6/19/21 and Sat - 5/8/21.

The reason Sat - 5/8/21 shows up as missing is because I'd previously been adjusting dates manually as an ad-hoc hack, as you may recall. Since you had submitted a card intended for 5/8 but it had just been after midnight. The ad-hoc code had looked like this:

which then yielded this on the GUI:

After the changes I made today to both the GUI and the Server though, unfortunately I won't be able to hack the dates any more in this fashion. ☹ So that's why your Max Streak currently shows as 41 days, from 2021-05-09 to 2021-06-18.
