hey alan, i was one of the guys who found diff-kit super interesting last month
i have thought a lot about github since then and came to the conclusion that i must move away from it
diff-kit brings a beautiful ui to a somewhat monotone experience that we usually have with git
I have since built my own wrapper on top of forgejo using pierre diffs since i believe self-hosting git is the right choice
I know i bothered you with the idea of self-hosting diff-kit before - my question to you is : do you see github as a long term solution for git with the continued lack of leadership and downtime issues it faces?
if youre down id love to collaborate on building out a fork (similar to upd)
would love to hear your opinions on this
