Help! Movie downloaded successfully but it plays only blank.

Thank you very much for this great app!

I have a problem with downloading a stream.
Movie was downloaded successfully but it plays only blank.
I tried both firefox and chrome.

An example is shown below.
https://www.web.nhk/tv/an/kyonokenko/pl/series-tep-83KL2X1J32/ep/3PR5NK2MJN

How can I fix this problem?
This is used for personal use only.
