Where is a good place to ask a XDM user question? (other than reddit software)

I have a question.

Where is a good place to ask a XDM user question?
It seems that it is not a good place here because of little activity.

I thought reddit software would be a candidate but
it is found that video downloader related questions are not allowed by policy due to piracy.
