8.0.29 prevents nvidia control panel from changing dispaly mode. #1254

*sorry I couldn't find the log since, I am using the microsoft store version.
I have this issue with a lot of apps, like (cloudflare warp+). trying to change change display mode (gpu) , raises error "some apps are preventing nvidia control panel from changing display mode", (blank list) "please close following apps and retry...".
Closing xdm and retrying fixes it. another iussue is that the app name is not displayed in the list of apps (not like with cloudflare warp+).
