Compute manual deployment & Helm chart docs

As per this discussion it would be useful to have the various "infrastructure-as-code" type deployments of Compute documented, we currently only seem to have the subo deploy command method documented which may be not suitable for some (see discussion for details)

Maybe @arbourd could help collecting these other cloud usecases and help with adding them to the docs?
