- OBS-01: Slack closure receipt wired into redact-managed-logs.js
- OBS-02: DETECT-only audit-TTL eviction probe at startup
- OPS-EXEC-01: SEC-WS-01 edge handshake closed + probe + snapshot trail
- OPS-EXEC-02: SEC-PII-02 sweep — 422 reset_key leaks redacted + SEC-PII-02b fix
