Fixes the silent-green failure seen in PR #110 workflows.\n\nChanges:\n- Bumps package metadata to 1.13.0.\n- Runs this repo's own agent workflows with sudo mode so Codex can use shell/gh instead of the broken read-only sandbox path.\n- Captures Codex's final message and fails the action when the agent reports it is blocked.\n\nImmediate repair already applied:\n- Moved floating v1 to 947f343 so @v1 points at the merged Codex 5.5 support commit.\n\nValidation:\n- npm test\n- npm run build\n- YAML parse for self workflows\n- git diff --check
