Bug: When the agent is in `thinking` mode, I am unable to scroll up/down (`jk`) or run `cmd` commands

This issue doesn't let you access the past chats/messages while the agent is thinking. Is this intentional?

The UI forcefully returns the cursor back to the thinking section.

It is not "intentional" but is definetely an issue. The buffer autoscroll to the bottom.

I can add an option to disable autoscroll.

I will see what I can do.

An UX advise here, if the cursor is at the bottom, you continue auto-scrolling, if not, ignore auto-scroll because the user is navigating the text
