How can one set the default to "vertical list"?

In a seprate post, I learned to set up the width of Trello card

I now add an extension "List Layout for Trello"

At this moment I need to toggle "List Layout for Trello" and then the bookmarklet for the width of the card. Furthermore I need to do the above steps each time I load the page. Is is possible to set up

(1) integrate "List Layout for Trello" and setting up width into one

(2) Let them remember the setting for each given page
