インストールしたlatexmkが見えない

PaleALEでインストールすると、コマンドラインからlatexmkを実行できない。

これはinstallスクリプトのumaskが原因である。

これによりディレクトリは安全になったが、その後のインストールがすべてユーザーから不可視になった。
