Add keyboard shortcut for saving #1448

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.
Edit are saved every 1 min. So sometimes when you close your tab right after an edit you get a browser modal that say "there are some unsaved work on this page are you sure you want to close the tab you might lose data".
I just learned that if you click on the parent document title in left sidebar you trigger a save on the document. It's inconvenient when you are on subpage as you get redirected to the main.

How about we offer a short cut for user so that they can trigger a save manually. Something like Ctrl + S.
