Add keyboard shortcut for sending comment

As a user I need to click on the button to send my comment. which is quite inconvenient and uneffective.

I should be able to send my comment with ctrl + enter

@rl-83 would love your take on this.
@AntoLC has a good argument, he says that thanks to accessibility you can easily use the keyboard for this.
Tab then enter. And boom no mouse involved.
