How to deploy

###Dependencies

• node
• npm
• running postgresql server with database fodoo_[env]

###Start application

• npm install
• knex --knexfile server/config/knexfile.js
• gulp
• DEBUG=inkwall NODE_ENV=[development/production] FACEBOOK_APP_ID=[...] FACEBOOK_APP_SECRET=[...] node app.js
