Text to speach (read aloud) in 3.7 pre-release

In 3.7 pre-release I've added text to speech functionality.

There's a new toolbar button.

If you click it, we'll start reading from top of current page.

If there's a selection, we'll start reading the selection.

When reading, if you click the button again, we pause reading. Click again, we resume (continue) reeading.

Use drop-down action to change voices or use more specific action.

@kjk I am intending deleting first comment (set to hidden) and can confirm In Windows 7x32Bit Microsoft Anna (the only one Sapi voice) works. I do have an issue that even though a VERY slow device the speed of reading out is too fast to be clearly heard and a speed control would help.

In Win10x64 the System defaults work.
However in the Win10x64 Sandbox although there are 2 Sapi voices used by Edge or other Apps they don't work.

Would it be possible to add diffrent playing speeds for TTS, like: 1.5, 2, ...? Thanks

is it possible to change tts engine? for example change to openai - compatible endpoints

not now, maybe in the future
right now we only use speech synthesis built into windows, not online apis
