Describe the bug
It breakdowns when it open a CHM file called AutoHotkey.chm

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install AutoHotkey
2. Go to 'C:\Program Files\AutoHotkey\v2'
3. Click on 'AutoHotkey.chm'
4. See error

Hmm there are 3 ways to work with CHM files in SumatraPDF, and best to test by using current PRE-release as only that can be altered. Using such I had no problem.

One use the menu to call the system viewer MS Help as seen here in the centre.
Two use SumatraPDF FixedPage Text view as seen in the background

Three use the hybrid view which can be problematic as it needs the same relaxed settings as Windows help uses such as internet connection for remote data and no locked files etc. NOTE the text style of the referenced top of page ICON symbols is missing and they thus look different.
