Check stock parachute fallback MM patch compatibility for KSP 1.0.3/1.0.4

As per https://www.reddit.com/r/KerbalSpaceProgram/comments/3asbt5/psa_103_part_stats_changed_update_your_craft/ , it appears that the default opening altitude for stock chutes has now been increased from 500 to 1000m.

This may affect the stock parachute fallback ModuleManager patch, so I'll need to check this ASAP.
