Update support for Kerbal Optical Alignment System (formerly Docking Target)

@TedThompson graciously included a patch to add an inline docking camera and target to the parachute-equipped SDHI Clamp-o-Tron, therefore it is only fair that SDHI SMS eventually provides native support for it.
