How to custom toolbar on image pop over

I use the summernote in air-mode when click on image I see a toolbar popup (as attach file).
How to custom or remove some button toolbar on image pop over toolbar.

summernote has a simple plug-in system.
first create a plug-in button and then add a custom button in airMode

You can customize image popover like toolbar on develop branch.
