To add the source position to TP spectrum data file and apply the primary beam correction

The sensitivity of the telescope is not uniform across its field of view, it is highest at the center of the beam and decreases toward the edges. Consequently, the total power measurement can vary depending on the source's position. To account for this, the source position should be included in the header of the spectrum data FITS file, and the total power measurement should be corrected accordingly.

Make a test to change the TP_spec.fits header, by designing the Gaussian beam model and computing the frequency-dependent FWHM of the telescope beam. The true beam model of EOVSA can be replaced easily afterwords.

The fits header will become:
