v2.5.0 — idea-to-launch: UX design + go-to-market
Drydock extends past engineering into the full product cycle — it now designs the UX up front and takes the product to market. Four new agents bring the roster from 15 → 19 and add a new LAUNCH phase after SHIP.

New agents
- UX Designer (DEFINE→BUILD) — user research, information architecture, interaction design, and the design-system specification (tokens, type scale, WCAG-AA color, component specs, states, motion) that the frontend implements.
- Growth Marketer (LAUNCH) — positioning, messaging, GTM/launch plan, marketing-site copy + SEO briefs, funnels/analytics, growth experiments.
- Sales Strategist (LAUNCH) — pricing & packaging, sales collateral, process, enablement, and proposals; turns the security + compliance evidence into a buyer-facing trust pack.
- Customer Success (LAUNCH→SUSTAIN) — onboarding/activation, support ops, retention/churn, and the voice-of-customer loop back to the Product Manager.
New in the pipeline
- LAUNCH phase after SHIP/Gate 3 — the three go-to-market agents run in parallel; customer-success carries into SUSTAIN.
- Full pipeline: DEFINE → BUILD → HARDEN → SHIP → LAUNCH → SUSTAIN.
- Two new modes — Design (UX) and Launch (GTM) — plus
/drydock designand/drydock just launch. 12 → 14 modes.
Plus
- Frontend production-grade upgrade with product-driven framework selection (Astro / Next.js / React+Vite / Remix), i18n, image/perf, SEO, production-grade forms, and an executed Playwright smoke gate.
- Orchestrator fully wired for the new roster; the task-graph reference, phase dispatchers, and maintainer docs are reconciled to the runtime — verified end-to-end.
11/11 deterministic evals pass. See CHANGELOG.md for the full detail.
