Bind Antigravity dispatch to relay worktrees

Closes #621.

Summary

• Add an Antigravity dispatch worktree-boundary prompt that explicitly changes into the relay worktree before touching files.
• Update adapter capability metadata and operator docs to mark Antigravity dispatch as route-specific limited after healthy google/antigravity-cli evidence, while keeping primary/advisory review blocked/fail-safe experimental.
• Lock the new Antigravity argv/prompt contract in executor and dispatch tests.

Live dogfood evidence

• Reproduced pre-fix failure with:
  • RELAY_HOME=$(mktemp -d) node skills/relay-dispatch/scripts/live-dogfood.js --repo . --scenario antigravity-dispatch-canary --antigravity-dispatch-timeout 90 --command-timeout-ms 180000 --json --markdown
  • Outcome: fail
  • Notes: executor produced no reviewable repository changes; only runtime metadata dirt was detected: ?? .antigravitycli/.
  • Antigravity wrote the canary file under ~/.gemini/antigravity-cli/scratch instead of the relay worktree.
• Verified the fix with the same command:
  • Outcome: pass
  • Dispatch base: origin/main
  • Run reached review_pending, commitMode: committed in-sandbox, PR Add relay-live-dogfood-antigravity-1780235304307.txt #671, prCreatedByUs: true.
  • Evidence PR Add relay-live-dogfood-antigravity-1780235304307.txt #671 was closed after validation because the canary file is not intended to land.
