Introduces

  • updates to allow hadm_id across mimic3 tables
  • mortality prediction that uses hadm_id instead of date interval filtering
  • unit tests for mortality prediction/multimodal mortality prediction.

Honestly, this is really bad practice, but we need to push this forward, because I need this merge for another PR lol
