What kind of change does this PR introduce?

This PR increases the max amount allowed for a credit top-up to $2000.

Testing

  • Head over to http://localhost:8082/org/_/billing
  • On the Credit Balance section - click on Top up
  • Set the amount to 2000 and submit
  • Assert that the balance was added
