Requires #183

Summary

  • move run scripts onto the blocking script infrastructure instead of the older dedicated run-script tracking path
  • add color-coded terminal tabs for blocking-script flows
  • align sidebar/detail run-state UI with runScriptWorktreeIDs
  • keep run-script UI state in sync when archived/removed worktrees are pruned from terminal state
  • add regression coverage for run-script tracking and terminal tab behavior
