First of all thanks for a great Calendar Card for HA!
I am trying to get the new option to add a Dashboard Navigation button to work, but I cannot get the button to show :-

show_dashboard_nav_button: true
header_navigation_path: /dashboard-kitchen/0

I cannot see the option in the Visual Editor so added the above lines manually - No Button is displayed.

@asheers please make sure you clear your cache after updating to the latest version. Here it is on mine after updating. If you don't see it in the visual editor then it won't show up on render.
