Updates the bundled font notice files for the current five-family substitute pack and makes the root third-party notice ship in the SuperDoc package.
shared/font-system/assets/OFL.txt.shared/font-system/assets/LICENSES.mdwith provenance, conversion notice, and the bundled-font SPDX expression.THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.mdwhile preserving the existingrtf.jsMIT notice.THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.mdintodist/so the npm tarball carries the root notice alongsidedist/fonts/*notices.Review: the legal memo itself is not committed.
