What

The authoring-loop release. nika check --json now reports
paid_ready, compiled and next — a green parse is legal, not
best. nika:inspect is live: the runtime seeds the DAG at run
start and a workflow can read its own cost, records, dag_info and
threads. nika:compose stays loop-only (grant after nika:done;
checking never executes). The arm lock outlives the shot.

Added

• paid_ready · compiled · next on nika check --json
  (feat(check): paid_ready, unproven-law, compiled and next #1013). paid_ready is silent only when no paid-run hint
  remains. compiled means the law is proven (const-fixture
  assert). next is the first repair. nika explain prints a
  before a paid model panel. MCP nika_check hard-fails
  infer-as-law and digit-string-enum only.

• nika:inspect is live (feat(runtime): inject LiveInspect so nika:inspect is live #1018). LiveInspect is the same
  Arc the dispatcher and the runtime share. The DAG is seeded at
  run start — the first task sees available: true. Records and
  spend mirror after each wave. Hint inspect-unwired is retired.
  Teaching shape: 16-inspect-self.

• Lesson 15 nika:compose on an agent whitelist (feat(pack): compose self-check lesson and leftover dialect #1016).
  Grant after nika:done. The model drafts YAML, gets the full
  check JSON, iterates until valid. A standalone invoke: is
  NIKA-BUILTIN-COMPOSE-001. Checking never executes the draft.
  Parent→child composition stays lesson 10.

• The arm lock outlives the shot (feat(arm): the lock outlives the shot · W5-bis #1015). A fire that is
  still running keeps the project lock so a second tick cannot
  overlap the first.

Fixed

• Authoring seams from a paid extract wave (fix(nika): authoring seams from a real paid extract wave #1012).
  nika:hash serializes structured content:. nika:validate
  parses string schemas. Scalar anyOf flattens into coerce.
  for_each + item.field is resume-eligible (collection is the
  input identity). Hints: digit-string-enum · glob-readme ·
  jq-as-map · assert-quarantine.
