Unsuccessful in triggering the intent

I have set up Shizuku and Delta. I can start/stop the hotspot through the Delta UI. But I fail to trigger it through intents. I have of course enabled the "Tasker integration" in settings.

To rule out possible issues in any automation app I am sending the intent through adb:

adb.exe shell am broadcast -a dev.shadoe.delta.action.START_SOFT_AP -n dev.shadoe.delta/.SoftApBroadcastReceiver

Broadcasting: Intent { act=dev.shadoe.delta.action.START_SOFT_AP flg=0x400000 cmp=dev.shadoe.delta/.SoftApBroadcastReceiver }                                                                                                        
Broadcast completed: result=0

Unfortunately nothing happens. Am I doing anything wrong? I have tested this on an emulator with Android 15, one with Android 16 and a physical phone with Android 16.
