Updates Android SDK docs from 2.7.10 → 2.7.11.

Changes

• Updated SdkLatestVersion markers in content/docs/android/index.mdx and content/docs/android/sdk-reference/index.mdx
• Updated dependency versions in content/docs/android/quickstart/install.mdx
• Added 2.7.11 changelog entry (additive, preserving all history)
