READ FIRST, BUGS AND EXPERIMENTAL:

Gasussian blur and directional blur currently cause crashes on some, if not most videos. Use box blur if you want a general blur for now. The UI slowly gets less responsive the longer the layout has been open. You can either restart livesplit or just reload the layout, it is safe and will not restart your run or even the video in the background. There are other less impactful bugs listed in this textfile: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1425607489399033967/1501787900260520049/LivesplitplanDONTREMOVE.txt?ex=69fd5879&is=69fc06f9&hm=ead4bcac9325150c7689df360f521c7f6bcfdc851a1d32c1ebeb3ed289a73ca2&

So don't expect a flawless build, still experimental. But other than the large bugs that are mostly avoidable, the release works good. As stated in the text file, lots of fixes are planned.

Working on a full rework of the Livesplit main UI to Direct2D to allow for hardware encoding, greatly increasing compatibility with modern systems/GPU's and causing a lot less strain, needing less workarounds for better performance.

Also no source code because I had to retrace my steps with an old build to get this working smoothly, will need to remake the source code for this build if the Direct2D fork doesn't happen in time.

Fixed the glaring issue with video playback, UI is smoother, many more adjustments for shadows, gradients, current split background, ETC. Feel free to explore. Report issues here on this github repo or in the twitter thread. Most stable release yet, prone to bugs and still experimental. Will run better on better PCs (mainly better CPU's)
