refactor: unify platform extraction logic (v0.9.1)

  • Extract shared GitHubProvider::extract_platform_binaries() method
  • Make GitHub API structs public: GitHubRelease, GitHubAsset, GitHubRepo, GitHubLicense
  • Change parse_github_url to static method returning Option
  • ManifestGenerator now uses GitHubProvider for GitHub API calls
  • Remove duplicate GitHub API structs and methods from bucket.rs
  • Reduce code duplication between fetch_package and bucket create

This ensures bucket manifest generation and package installation
use identical platform detection logic.
