It seems that propaganistas/laravel-phone also blocks upgrading to L13. I'm happy to PR an upgrade, but the package has dropped PHP 8.1 compatibility. We could accept both the 5.x and 6.x branch to keep compatibility, but as you include composer.lock I'm not sure what side effects this will have.
What are your thoughts?
