[step 1] Update ThreadFlow

Describe the solution you'd like

ThreadFlow contains QuestionView which need to update:

• Update data showing in the subtitle of QuestionView
• Update layout of RatingView + check the accessibility; and how we suppose to show this with the compact layout size (+ iPhone)
• QuestionView:30-50 need do be extracting as an independent module PostView

Has to be done after #74
