[❓ Question] Accessing Full Co-pilot license features #20

Hi Jeff — great question, and congrats on the full licence. This one trips a lot of people up, because the upgrade doesn't announce itself — it just quietly unlocks more. Here's where to find it: 1. Sign in with your work account. The full experience lives in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app — open it at m365.cloud.microsoft, or install the "Microsoft 365 Copilot" app on Windows, in Teams, or on your phone. Make sure you're signed in with the work account Kalen licensed — not a personal Microsoft account. This is where Researcher, Analyst, Notebooks and the agents live. 2. Look for the Copilot button inside your apps. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams each have a Copilot button on the Home ribbon (desktop or web), as long as you're signed in with the licensed account. 3. What actually changed. The big upgrade is work grounding — Copilot can now securely use your emails, files, chats and meetings (through Microsoft Graph) to answer, on top of the web. That's the "more powerful" part you're after. If it still looks basic: licence changes can take up to ~24 hours to fully light up. Sign out and back in, restart the apps, confirm you're on the latest version, and if it's been a day, ask Kalen to double-check the licence shows as assigned to your account. Further reading:

Kalen has provided me with the full co-pilot license but I don't see where I log in and/or access the more powerful features beyond the basic copilot access
