If I want my organizations users when they do meetings via MS teams their MS teams background will be with our company logo and branding also,, how can I achieve this?

Hi Ahmed — great question. Putting your company logo and branding on your users' Teams meetings is a Teams Premium feature (meeting customization / branding), so the first requirement is that each user who organises branded meetings has a Teams Premium licence.

Then, as a Teams admin:

1. Teams admin center → Meetings → Customization policies (also called meeting branding).
2. Upload your logo, a brand/background image, and set your brand colours.
3. Assign the policy to the users or groups who should get it.

That brands the join screen, lobby, and meeting backgrounds with your logo across the org. Note it's Teams Premium only — it won't appear for standard-licence users. Microsoft's custom meeting branding docs have the exact click-path. Hope that helps! 🙂
