Honest framing: SharePoint Advanced Management (SAM) is a licensed governance add-on, not its own certification — so it doesn't get a standalone cert guide. But it's genuinely useful for Copilot-readiness and oversharing cleanup, which I do cover. Closest resources:

• Microsoft's official SAM documentation — the authoritative reference (Restricted Access Control, Data Access Governance, restricted content discovery, site lifecycle).
• Tackling SharePoint oversharing for Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Copilot control-system guide — my adjacent write-ups on using these controls in practice.

On the cert side: SC-401 and MS-102 give you the surrounding governance knowledge, though neither actually tests SAM itself.
