[❓ Question] SC-500 exam

[susanthgit]

I purchased the SC-500 exam, but I couldn’t find a portal where I can redeem the code I received. Could you please help me with this?

Hi Kerim, sorry the activation wasn't clear, and thank you for buying the SC-500 bank. There's no separate portal or login to hunt for.

Your licence key arrives in its own email from Guided (noreply@aguidetocloud.com), subject starting "Your licence key for…". It is not in the Stripe receipt. The key looks like GD-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

Then open the SC-500 practice page. Just below the Flashcards row, find the box marked "Already purchased?" and click Activate licence key. Paste the key, click Activate, and you'll see a green "All questions unlocked" row.

Two walkthroughs show every step with screenshots, for desktop and phone:

• How to unlock your practice exam
• The help page

Still stuck? Email aguidetocloud@gmail.com from the address you paid with and I'll sort it out. Please don't paste your key here, it's private to you.
