Upgraded Apache htttpd base image to version 13 trixie from version 12 bookworm.
Upgraded mod-auth-openidc to 2.4.19-1 with trixie from 2.4.18.1 with bookworm.
Added trixie supported packages libhiredis1.1.0 and libldap2 from bookworm supported packages libhiredis0.14 and libldap-2.5-0.
